CBS Sports/Sirius XM’s Rick Neuheisel joined Frank Frangie and Hays Carlyon on 1010XL Jax Sports Radio at SEC Media Days on Monday. Neuheisel discussed numerous topics including the improved play of SEC quarterbacks heading into the 2017 season.
“This year you have so many young guys that really went through the slings and arrows of playing the position coming in that I think will have careers that will be far beyond just the SEC,” Neuheisel said. “I think this is going to be the strength of the league. Obviously, Jalen Hurts had a banner year, the SEC Offensive Player of the Year as a freshman.
