Top-seeded Mississippi State advanced to the finals of the Starkville Regional with a 4-1 win over No. 2 seed Cal State Fullerton on Saturday. The Bulldogs received a strong effort on the mound from junior Austin Sexton combined with timely hitting. Afterwards, head coaches John Cohen and Rick Vanderhook spoke about the game along with Sexton, freshman right fielder Jake Mangum and junior third baseman Gavin Collins.
