STARKVILLE, Miss. (AP) Victoria Vivians scored a season-high 27 points to lead No. 8 Mississippi State past Savannah State 92-25 on Sunday.
Vivians, a sophomore guard, went 10 of 18 from the field, including three 3-pointers. Kayla Nevitt scored 12 points and Morgan William had 11 assists.
It was another lopsided victory for the unbeaten Bulldogs, who have won by an average of nearly 56 points in their five games. Mississippi State led 20-5 at the end of the first quarter and 48-12 at halftime.
Savannah State (1-3) shot just 8 of 47 from the field (17 percent) and had 27 turnovers.
