Mississippi State softball claimed another win against a top 10 team today as the Bulldogs toppled the Texas A&M Aggies. It took 10 innings, but Vann Stuedeman’s Mississippi State team came out on top 4-3 today.
After Mississippi State came close in game one of the doubleheader, the Bulldogs persevered on their way to getting the win. MSU struck first, placing three runs on the scoreboard in the bottom of the 3rd inning.
Emily Heimberger got MSU going with a flyout RBI that moved Kat Moore across the plate for an unearned run.
