A mistake filled game cost the No. 14 Mississippi State football team tonight. The Bulldogs fell to 3-1 and will soon tumble down the polls after losing to the Kentucky Wildcats in Kroger Field this evening. Kentucky knocked the Bulldogs down by a score of 28-7.
MSU’s offense and defense were both plagued by mistakes throughout the entirety of the game. A typically explosive offense couldn’t run the ball for more than 3 yards per carry. The defense that was normally stout against the run was gashed up and down the field by Kentucky’s Benny Snell as he carried the Wildcats to victory with his 4 touchdowns.
