Ndoye transfers to Cal State Bakersfield

Fallou Ndoye has found a new home.

The former Mississippi State forward has landed at Cal State Bakersfield where he started classes on Wednesday. Ndoye will be ineligible until December due to NCAA transfer rules but will have 1 ½ years of eligibility remaining when he returns to the court.

At Cal State Bakersfield, the 6-foot-11 native of Senegal will play for former Ole Miss coach Rod Barnes.

MSU coach Ben Howland announced Ndoye’s transfer on Dec. 23 after appearing in just six games this season. Ndoye scored just two points and had seven rebounds in 45 minutes of play.
