All 16 of Mississippi State’s varsity sports excelled in the NCAA’s annual report of Academic Progress Rates (APR), the association announced on Wednesday.
For the second straight year, the nationally-ranked women’s golf team led the way with a 992 score. Men’s tennis topped all Bulldog male sports with a mark of 986.
“Our APR numbers continue to show the hard work our students put into their studies,” said MSU Director of Athletics Scott Stricklin. “It’s also a testament to our coaches, faculty and support staff who continue to enhance the MSU student experience. It will always be our mission to give our students the tools to be successful in life beyond their playing careers.
