Keytaon Thompson is not done wearing the maroon and white.
The quarterback, who entered the transfer portal last month after Tommy Stevens was chosen to be Mississippi State’s starting signal caller, has decided to remain with Mississippi State. Bulldogs head coach Joe Moorhead addressed Thompson’s situation in his weekly press conference on Monday and noted that Thompson and the Bulldogs all decided it was best for everyone for Thompson to stick around.
“We met with (Thompson on Sunday),” Moorhead said. “It was our fourth or fifth meeting throughout the past several days.
