MSU basketball has landed a big fish. DJ Stewart, who is listed as a small forward, has the skill and the range to play as either the small forward or a guard positions. He is rated a four-star and the number two player in Mississippi by 247 Sports composite rankings.
With Stewart joining Reggie Perry, the Bulldogs now have two commitments for 2018 recruiting class. MSU however, isn’t likely to be finished yet. The Bulldogs still look to possibly add one more player to round out the 2018 recruiting season.
Ben Howland and Bulldogs have high hopes in landing Robert Woodard, who is another four-star from the Magnolia state.
