STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi State men’s basketball team will host the No. 13 Missouri Tigers at Humphrey Coliseum on Tuesday at 8 p.m. CT. The contest will be televised on SEC Network.
Mississippi State (6-4, 1-1 SEC) comes in after a 78-73 double-overtime loss to the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday.
Redshirt sophomore guard D.J. Stewart Jr. scored 19 points in that game and tallied five rebounds. Sophomore guard Iverson Molinar scored 17 points and also tallied five rebounds. Redshirt senior forward Jalen Johnson put up 14 points and made three of the team’s five 3-pointers, while redshirt sophomore forward Tolu Smith added seven points and 12 rebounds.
