This afternoon, Ben Howland and Mississippi State Men's Basketball revealed the out of conference opponents for this year's basketball team.
Ben Howland and Quinndary Weatherspoon will look to guide and lead a very young team through an non-conference slate that, while overall a pretty easy slate, it does have a few difficult quirks to it. Notable portions of the out of conference slate includes Oregon State and a resumption of the rivalry with Southern Miss. Mississippi State will also participate in the Charleston Classic that also has defending national champ Villanova in it.
The Charleston Classic includes the defending national champion Villanova Wildcats.
