Four-star safety Myles Mason committed to Mississippi State on Thursday, giving the Bulldogs their fourth national top-350 pledge of the 2018 recruiting cycle.
Mason (6 feet 2, 205 pounds), from Trussville (Ala.) Hewitt-Trussville, is among the top 25 safety prospects in the country and one of the 10 best recruits in the state of Alabama.
“It was the love that the coaches showed me and the vibe that I got while visiting Mississippi State a couple weeks ago,” Mason told GN. “They have been recruiting me hard really since my ninth-grade year. They really have been recruiting me harder than anybody really, so we have a great relationship and I just love the atmosphere there.
