We’re at halftime now and the Mississippi State football team has taken a solid 13-3 lead over the No. 8 Auburn Tigers. There’s a tremendous amount of momentum on the Bulldogs’ side right now and they need to continue to push on Auburn.
In the 1st quarter, the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Auburn Tigers traded field goals. Auburn’s Daniel Carlson knocked one in and Mississippi State’s Jace Christmann responded to tie things up at 3-3 going into the 2nd quarter.
Carlson’s next attempt was missed, but Christmann was able to tack on three more points for the Bulldogs to push MSU ahead 6-3.
