Prior to the Mississippi State football team’s loss to the Kentucky Wildcats this past Saturday, the Bulldogs were working their way up in the rankings and had found themselves with the No. 14 ranking going into the weekend.
All was well. Everything was good. And then, all of a sudden, it wasn’t.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs lost in horrible fashion on the road in Lexington, Kentucky. The Wildcats won by three touchdowns in an incredibly physical game that MSU looked mentally lost in. Penalties were far too common and Kentucky ended up taking advantage of all of them.
