There are only a few quarterbacks that are truly as good as Mississippi State football’s Nick Fitzgerald when it comes to running the ball. He’s a great runner that provides explosive plays thanks to the fact that he’s bigger than just about everyone attempting to tackle him and the fact that he’s fully capable of making plenty of quick movements.
After the Bulldogs’ offensive line paved a way and provided Fitzgerald with plenty of breathing room on Saturday, he was able to get down the field, score a couple of touchdowns, and torch Auburn’s fantastic rushing defense in the process.
