The 2018 Mississippi State baseball season is going to continue for at least one more game! The Mississippi State Bulldogs just proved themselves to be superior to the Samford Bulldogs as MSU survived the second elimination game of the 2018 Tallahassee Regional.
Six years ago, Samford eliminated the Mississippi State baseball team from the 2012 Tallahassee Regional. This time, the shoe was on the other foot as MSU returned the favor. After Oklahoma sent MSU into the first elimination game, the Bulldogs beat Florida State on a walk off home run. OU then beat the Samford Bulldogs.
