The series marks the longest-running SEC baseball series.
Due to rain in the forecast, the series opener between the two squads is pushed to tomorrow. The Diamond Dawgs will now play two games on Saturday and one on Sunday.
The games begin Saturday at noon CT from Dudy Noble Field. State and Ole Miss will play two nine-inning games on Saturday, with the second game of the day set to begin 45 minutes following the first game.
