Mississippi State Bulldogs senior starting safety Kendrick Market has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the 2015 season.
Market’s injury was reported by Logan Lowery of The Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal.
Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen briefly addressed Market’s injury, which effectively ends his college career as he has no eligibility options remaining.
“Unfortunately that was probably the last play of his career,” said head coach Dan Mullen. “It’s always a shame. You never know when it’s going to end for a young man. …
