Missouri had a four point halftime lead, but a big Mississippi State 2nd half gave the Bulldogs an easy win. MSU lead by as much as 20 points in the game before ultimately winning against Missouri 89-74.
Lamar Peters and Quinndary Weatherspoon stole the show. Weatherspoon shot a career high 29 points. But ultimately Peters got the crowd to its feet by shooting 5 straight 3 pointers that gave the Bulldogs the momentum.
The Tigers now fall to 5-14 and 0-7 in the conference, while the Bulldogs improve to 13-6 and 4-3 in conference play.
