Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin doesn’t have any question about his team’s biggest “problem” going into this weekend’s critical SEC West contest against Mississippi State.
“Nick Fitzgerald is a problem,” Sumlin said.
Sumlin said he’s worried about the dangers from Mississippi State’s elusive quarterback ahead of the teams’ matchup Saturday at Kyle Field, making the comments as part of his weekly radio show.
Sumlin doesn’t have to dissect Mississippi State’s offense in the film room to know what Fitzgerald can do. After all, he has firsthand experience.
“All you’ve got to do is look at the first play of the game from last year to have respect for Nick Fitzgerald,” Sumlin said.
