SEC basketball unveiled a new scheduling format today, giving every team three permanent rivals who they will face twice per season. The conference’s premiere program, Kentucky, drew three of the better programs in the league as its permanent foes.

In addition to home-and-homes against these three teams, SEC teams will play two more teams twice on a rotating basis, and the other eight programs once per year.
