Go ahead and start getting up, folks! It’s time for the seventh Mississippi State football game of the 2018 season. This evening, the No. 22 Bulldogs will face the No. 5 LSU Tigers down in Death Valley in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mississippi State is coming off of a bye week in which the Bulldogs were able to rest up and the coaching staff hit the recruiting trail. MSU needed the bye week after the first half of the season didn’t necessarily go according to plan.
While many Mississippi State football fans were expecting the Bulldogs to be 5-1 or 6-0 by the time the bye week hit, the Bulldogs currently sit at 4-2.
