Mississippi State learned its opening round opponent on Thursday. The Bulldogs will square off against Miami in Game 3 on Nov. 19 then face either Utah or Texas Tech the following day.
MSU will also play a third game on Nov. 22.
“This is a very strong tournament field that will later have teams in the NCAA Tournament,” said MSU coach Ben Howland. “I know our team will be excited to play and it’s the type of tournament that will certainly get us ready for the SEC.”
Tip-off times for the Bulldogs have not been set and all games from the event will be televised on either ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3 or ESPNU.
