Good morning, Stark Vegas! Nobody’s perfect, but men’s basketball suffered its first loss of the season yesterday. It wasn’t pretty for a while and should serve as a good gut-check before they take the court again. On the bright side, football got a commit!

Football picks up JUCO commit

The No. 2 WR coming out of JUCO’s 2019 class committed to State. Three-star JaVonta Payton announced on Twitter that he was “Committed to Mississippi”, but meant State. He’s a good get, coming in at 6-feet-2-inches, and chose MSU over Ole Miss.
