Good afternoon, Stark Vegas! This weekend was... interesting. Men’s basketball isn’t exactly off to a hot start, but other sports like men’s tennis and track and field are starting up for their seasons. But hey, women’s basketball is still a national championship contender, so not all is bad.

MBB drops first two SEC games

After a disappointing overtime loss to South Carolina, the Bulldogs followed with a close loss to Ole Miss. Quinndary Weatherspoon had 18 points and eight rebounds, Lamar Peters added 16 points and Nick Weatherspoon dropped 11. I’m not one to make any judgements, but unless things change soon, head coach Ben Howland’s seat is getting warmer.
