Good afternoon, Stark Vegas! Today is a bad day because there’s no MSU athletic event going on today. Luckily, there’s still some good games to watch tonight, but we’ll get into that later.

MBB beats Alcorn State 88-65

In the only game any team played yesterday, the Bulldogs handled in-state foe Alcorn State by 22 points. Although the Braves’ Deshaw Andrews scored 26 points, he was the only one to score more than nine points.

Nick Weatherspoon and Lamar Peters each had 17 points, Reggie Perry had 16 points and 11 rebounds and Quinndary Weatherspoon added 14 points.
