STARKVILLE – Forty-three Mississippi State student-athletes received their undergraduate degrees following 2016 spring commencement exercises on the MSU campus.
Thirty-three Bulldogs earned a perfect 4.0 GPA this semester to receive “Top Dawg” honors. Five of those graduated with a 4.0 cumulative GPA, including women’s golf’s Logan Chaney (criminology), women’s tennis’ Naomi Tran (accounting and finance) and women’s track and field’s Cornelia Griesche (economics), Madison Milhoan (biological sciences) and Sydney Rodkey (criminology).
Academically, the 2015-16 campaign was a successful one as 91 Bulldogs made the Dean’s Scholar or President’s Scholar lists, while 182 student-athletes earned a spot on the Bulldog Honor Roll with a spring 2016 semester GPA of 3.
