COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Two overtime games and one massive upset later, Mississippi State and Notre Dame are the last two standing at the Final Four, advancing to face off Sunday (ESPN, 6 p.m. ET) to decide the national championship.
It was the first time both national semifinal games went to overtime, and for the second year in a row the heavily favored UConn Huskies lost in extra time. Instead of UConn trying to win its 12th national title, the Fighting Irish are after their second, while Mississippi State is seeking its first. And for the second consecutive game, the Bulldogs -- who beat Louisville in the other semifinal -- will be playing an opponent they have never faced.
