Zach Dillon‘s stint at Mississippi State has ended after one year.
Dillon departed his post as the Bulldogs’ baseball coordinator of camps and volunteer assistant coach for a position on Mitch Thompson‘s staff at McLennan (Texas) Community College.
Dillon was recruited by Thompson as a player to Baylor.
According to HailState digital media reporter Bob Carskadon, former MSU player Will Coggin is expected to take over Dillon’s vacated position. Coggin played for the Diamond Dogs from 2007-08 after a standout career at Booneville High School and Northeast Community College.
