Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott is one of the best players in the country that nobody is talking about right now. He has been on fire the last two seasons and it has been no different this year.
During the second quarter in last night’s win over the Missouri Tigers, Prescott eclipsed a mark that has only been achieved by a few handfuls of other quarterbacks in the SEC. He reached 10,000 total yards in his career with the Bulldogs, making him the tenth SEC quarterback to do so.
According to SI.com, Prescott is the first Bulldog to eclipse this impressive stat and the second player from the state of Mississippi, joining former Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace.
