Will Coggin will wear maroon and white once again.
A former Bulldog infielder, Coggin was named Mississippi State baseball’s new coordinator of baseball camps on Wednesday after serving as an assistant coach the last three years at St. Johns River State College in Palatka, Florida.
Coggin takes over the role from Zach Dillon, who recently left MSU for a coaching position at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas.
In addition to directing MSU’s baseball camps, Coggin will serve as a volunteer assistant coach for the Bulldogs, as well as coach first base during the season.
