Bulldogs see attendance increase

Mississippi State broke its own attendance record for women’s basketball for the third consecutive year.

The Bulldogs saw 92,914 fans attend their 18 home games at Humphrey Coluseum, which was the 15th-best attendance in the nation.

MSU averaged 5,162 fans per game, an increase from the 3,756 it averaged during the 2014-15 season.

The Bulldogs also set a state single-game record for women’s basketball on Jan. 24 when 10,626 attended its game against South Carolina. It was the fourth largest crowd ever in Humphrey Coliseum history.
