Buckley happy to be back home

Pascagoula native Terrell Buckley left Mississippi in 1989 as a highly-touted high school recruit bound for Florida State. After winning the Jim Thorpe Award with the Seminoles, Buckley went on to a successful 14-year career in the NFL and won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots. He broke into coaching in 2007 with stops at FSU, Akron and Louisville before a call from Dan Mullen at Mississippi State brought him back home as the Bulldogs’ new cornerbacks coach and recruiting coordinator.
