STARKVILLE, Miss. — Mississippi State forward Aric Holman has agreed to a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.
After going undrafted in Thursday’s NBA draft, the Owensboro, Kentucky native garnered interest from the Lakers’ front office.
In four years with the Bulldogs, the 6-foot-10 forward averaged 8.3 points and 5.6 rebounds. During his senior campaign, Holman played 34 games and drew 20 starts where he put up 9.5 points per game on 47.3% shooting to go along with 6.2 rebounds per game. His 6.2 rebounds was good for second on the team.
Holman scored in double figures in 15 games in the 2018-2019 season and recorded six double-doubles.
