The countdown to the 2019 Mississippi State football is finally coming to an end, as the Bulldogs play the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. The final spotlighted player is #1 Stephen Guidry.
Guidry, a native of Morganza, Louisiana, finished up high school career at Livonia High after Pointe Coupee Central closed down. The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder made 36 catches for 854 yards and 13 touchdowns during his senior season.
He was then named First Team LFCA Class 3A All-State and earned First Team LSWA Class 3A All-State honors.
