The New Year’s Six bowls have been announced and No. 11 Ole Miss will play No. 10 Penn State in the Peach Bowl.
Yes, the Rebels (10-2, 6-2 SEC) did enough to earn one of the top spots in college football’s bowl season. The Nittany Lions (10-2, 7-2 Big Ten) are very much like its opponents in that both losses came to a CFP team (Alabama/Michigan) and another top 10 team (Georgia/Ohio State).

What a great accomplishment for Lane Kiffin and his team to overcome two road losses over two of the best teams in the country and now get a chance to see how it stacks up against a perennially very good football program.
