From the Mother Ship, our visit with Laquon Treadwell.
The Rebels’ most dominant offensive skill player last year, Treadwell says he is not only healed but expects to be a better wide receiver than he was in 2014.
That’s good news for Ole Miss, of course, and it’s encouraging to hear, but many, Hugh Freeze included, are eager to see how Treadwell responds to full contact.
Freeze says there will be a lot of this in camp mostly because he wants to see what his quarterbacks do in live action.
Treadwell says he’s had conversations with others who have had similar injuries, and they tell him learning to run again is the hardest thing.
