Ross Bjork leaving Ole Miss to become athletic director at Texas A&M, per report

The University of Mississippi’s athletic director, Ross Bjork, will be leaving to take the same position in College Station at Texas A&M University, per a report from Ben Baby of the Dallas Morning News.

The Aggies lost their A.D. a month ago when Scott Woodward left after three years for the same role at LSU. Now, Bjork will fill that spot at one of the country’s most lucrative athletic programs in the conference’s largest market.

“We will forever cherish our time at Ole Miss and in Oxford. I want to thank Dan Jones, Archie Manning and Mike Glenn for giving me the opportunity to be an Ole Miss Rebel in 2012.
