Ole Miss defensive tackle signee Tae-Kion Reed — who flipped from Mississippi State in a memorable National Signing Day ceremony — reportedly has been arrested on burglary charges in Lowndes County, Miss.
WCBI-TV in Columbus, Miss., reported that Reed was arrested on Tuesday for breaking into a house on Saturday. The Commercial Dispatch of Columbus reported that Reed is accused of stealing guns from the home.
An Ole Miss spokesman told the Oxford (Miss.) Eagle on Wednesday that facts on the matter are being gathered.
Reed (6 feet 4, 298 pounds) attended Columbus’ New Hope High School and was a Class 5A second-team pick as an offensive linemen.
