The University of Mississippi has become a place where NFL teams are increasingly looking for talent at wide receiver. This season appears no different, as incoming juniors A.J. Brown and D.K. Metcalf are poised for dynamite seasons. Many around Oxford believe this will be the final season for the pair, as most NFL drafts experts project them being selected in the first round.
Both averaged over 16 yards-per-catch in 2017 with Brown leading the way grabbing 75 passes for 1257 yards. Metcalf hauled in seven touchdowns, while Brown led the team with 11.
Recently, both participated in the Manning Passing Academy in Thibodeaux, LA.
