In the midst of Championship Saturday on the gridiron, the Ole Miss basketball team hit the road for Springfield, Massachusetts and returned with an impressive victory.
With most everyone's attention focused on Saturday's SEC Championship game (and for good reason, mind you, the Sugar Bowl is a big deal) the Rebel roundballers went to UMass and stole an impressive neutral site victory. It marks Ole Miss' third win in a row and improved their record to 6-2 on the season.
Unfortunately, it is technically considered a "neutral site" game despite Ole Miss having to travel around 1,200 miles compared to the Minutemen's 25 miles.
