Neither Chad Kelly nor Laremy Tunsil made first-team All-SEC though you could have made a strong case for each.
Kelly had stiff competition at quarterback in Dak Prescott and Brandon Allen.
Neither will be back next year and Kelly will be a run-away choice for preseason All-SEC on any meaningful ballot.
There was an argument that Tunsil didn’t play in enough games to qualify. I get that. In compiling statistical categories there’s a minimum number of snaps to be played for consideration.
I can’t imagine anyone in college football this season was better at this job than Tunsil at his.
