Allegations made by Lindsey Miller, the stepfather of Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, regarding potential NCAA violations have been looked into internally by Ole Miss athletics officials.
In a statement released Monday afternoon, the internal investigation started last week. It says the NCAA was offered full cooperation.
“We take the obligations to the NCAA and the SEC very seriously, and we will continue to educate, monitor and enforce all applicable rules. Any other reports are speculation until the process is complete.”
Miller’s stepfather has alleged improper benefits given to Tunsil stemming from his initial recruitment to Ole Miss.
