Ole Miss football (2-1, 0-1) had a very bad game against the No.1 Alabama Crimson Tide which resulted in embarrassing 62-7 blowout. This week the Rebels remain home in Oxford to host the Kent State Golden Flashes (1-2). The Golden Flashes enter Saturdays game coming off a 63-10 loss at No.11 ranked Penn State.
Kent State has the one win over Howard which the Golden Flashes won 54-14. Kent State’s other loss was a 31-24 decision at Illinois in their season opener. Head coach Sean Lewis is in his first season with the Golden Flashes which is also his first head coaching job.
