Well we won’t be waiting long to see the coach Kermit Davis era of Ole Miss basketball begin. Instead of waiting for the preseason exhibitions the Rebels will be headed to Canada next month to play four game against Canadian teams. The NCAA allows teams to travel outside of the United States every four years to play against foreign teams. August 5-9 the Rebels will be touring Canada to face four very good teams.
This is a huge chance for coach Kermit Davis to see how far they’ve come and how far they still have to go.
