Swayze Field was rocking as No.8 Ole Miss baseball (12-1) took the field to host Little Rock (6-7). The game was the second consecutive of a rare two-game midweek series. Ole Miss was coming off a Tuesday night blowout of Austin Peay and had momentum coming into Wednesday nights game against the Trojans.
Scoreless thru the first two frames, the Rebels got on the board first in the bottom of the 3rd with 2 runs. The Rebels held the lead thru the 5th inning until the Trojans scored 2 runs in the 6th to tie the game.
