Now healthy, TE Dawson Knox should make an impact for Ole Miss offense

OXFORD, Miss. — The status of one of its major weapons remains unknown, but Ole Miss will get back another player who was expected to be a big part of the offense.

The Rebels — who are idle this week — may not have A.J. Brown, the SEC’s leading receiver, when they visit No. 1 Alabama on September 30, but tight end Dawson Knox could help an offense that was stagnant for three quarters in a 27-16 loss at Cal.

Brown leads the SEC with 129.7 receiving yards a game in spite of leaving the Cal game in the first quarter with an injury.
