New Ole Miss LB coach Bradley Dale Peveto doesn’t appear to have much to work with

OXFORD, Miss. – When Ole Miss begins spring football drills in a few weeks, the first act for new linebackers coach Bradley Dale Peveto might be pulling names from a hat.

Finding the names to get first-team reps at the Rebels’ most challenging position may be no more difficult than that. There’s precious little returning experience from a position group that was the bulls-eye of Ole Miss’ defensive problems a year ago.

Ole Miss finished a disappointing 5-7 season ranked No. 111 in total defense, a standing cemented by issues with tackling and being in the right place against the run.
