If Laremy Tunsil is going to be the Miami Dolphins starting left guard, he has to beat incumbent Dallas Thomas out first. But that hasn’t been an easy task for the team’s 2016 first-round draft pick.
Dolphins offensive line coach Chris Foerster told the Miami Herald earlier this week that there’s a gap between the two, which is keeping the former Ole Miss star from starting.
“Obviously, there’s a learning curve for everybody,” Foerster said. “At this point, we are letting Dallas roll, although Tunsil is taking some. A lot of it has to do with how we’re trying to get Laremy reps in other positions.
