Senior two-way player Aliyah Binford got the Rebels going early with a sacrifice fly to put Ole Miss up by one. The red-hot Persey Llamas followed Binford’s lead with an RBI of her own in the next at bat.
Catcher Lexi Brady had herself a day hitting a homerun in back-to-back at bats. She hit a solo shot in the first inning and then a three-run homer in the third to put the Rebels up by six.
